At Fight With Lights, it is our absolute priority that all customers are completely satisfied when shopping with us.
If you are unhappy with the order you have received, we will gladly issue a full refund or replacement within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

We reserve the right to decide to grant our policy depending on the concern of the product.
Standard Returns & Exchanges Procedure
You may return or exchange your order within 30 days it has been delivered to your address (according to tracking information) for a full refund or replacement.
However, since we are offering free shipping to all customers at the time of purchase, we are unable to cover the shipping costs to return or exchange your merchandise.
We also require a $10 restocking fee (that will be deducted in your refund) for all returned merchandises due to repackaging and restoring of inventory expenses.
There are other options as well in which we will handle on a case by case basis.
What if the product I received was defective?
If the item(s) you received were defective, please contact us at email@example.com. We require either a picture and/or video to verify the defective product. This will speed up the process. Once the damage is confirmed, we will either issue a full refund of the total amount (may include sending the item back), or a free replacement of the same item (or just the damaged piece) - free of charge.
What if my item breaks after 30 days?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can figure out how to help you. Typically, for the lamps, we can send you a free replacement bulb or offer a discount on a new item. If it is determined that the item was defective on our end after the initial 30 days, we will send a free replacement.
What is your cancellation policy?
We allow up to 24 hours from when the order has been placed in order to request a cancellation.
Please understand that we will not be able to cancel your order any time beyond this time frame as we do our best to process and ship out items as fast as possible.
When will I be refunded for my return?
Refunds are processed immediately once we confirm your request and analyze the situation of your order.
It can take anywhere between 4-7 business days for the refunded amount to show on your bank statement.
If it has been beyond this period, we advise contacting your bank to see if there might be a pending credit waiting to post.
Late or missing refund?
If you have not received your refund yet, please contact your bank, as there is sometimes a processing window before the refund amount is posted.
If a refund is still missing, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before it correctly reflects on your statement as well.
If all of these steps are done and you still don't have the refund, please email us at email@example.com, and will do our best to resolve this issue.
What should I do if the tracking page shows my item was delivered, but I never received it?
We are so sorry for the trouble!
We always recommend checking around your property or with neighbors to ensure your package was not misplaced.
If after checking and you were unable to recover your packages, please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.

Often times we will be able to resend the package if it was returned to our warehouse due to an error on the mailing address, or if the mailman was unable to deliver the package properly.
If the package is still lost despite contacting your local post office and not having received your package in our warehouse, then we may also provide another replacement to be sent out to your location at a reduced cost.
We do not provide refunds for any orders that are refused delivery. This is due to the shipping courier improperly re-routing delivery back to our warehouse - resulting in the complete loss of the goods.
When you order from FightWithLights.com, you agree to wait the expected times of deliveries that are stated in both your order confirmation receipts, product pages and any further updates that are sent to the email used when purchasing.
If there are any unusual delays with having your order shipped to your location, you will be kept up-to-date via email at all times.
We will issue partial refunds or full refunds depending on the severity of the delay of your order. However these refunds are only processed once the customer confirms their decision via email.

Depending on the circumstances of your order, we reserve the right to grant or decide whether a full refund, partial refund, or replacement will be necessary - despite what may be stated in our policy pages.
