Depending on the circumstances of your order, we reserve the right to grant or decide whether a full refund, partial refund, or replacement will be necessary - despite what may be stated in our policy pages. 

Every customer scenario is different and must be treated individually depending on the circumstance.

Current processing time?

3-5 business days.  

Please note: Processing times and shipping times are not guaranteed and are simply general estimates. We will do our best to update our estimates in accordance with our current demand however, estimates may not always be exact.

How long will shipping take?

Some items require a 3-5 day delivery time while others require a 20-30 day delivery time.  Please refer to each product page on shipping times for THAT product.

I haven't received my order yet.

The delivery times on each product page are estimates based on orders delivered within the last 30 days.  Once you have received your tracking number, you will receive your order within those time frames.

Do you ship internationally?

Not shipping outside the US currently.  No shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

When will I receive a tracking number?

Tracking will be provided to your email as soon as your order is shipped.

I received my tracking details, but it doesn't show any movement, why?

Often times the shipping companies can experience a delay with providing up-to-date and proper tracking information.

Please understand that we do not have any control over how fast your local post office can receive, handle, and transport your package as they may undergo unexpected difficulties during the process.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed.  

Please understand that we will not be able to cancel your order any time beyond this time frame as we do our best to process and ship out items as fast as possible

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Is shipping free?

Shipping will always be free!

The price you see on our web page, is the only price that you pay.

I ordered multiple items but not all of them arrived at once, where is the rest of my order?

Depending on the weight of the items ordered, we may need to separate each item into its own individual package in order to remain compliant under the weight requirements by the shipping couriers. 

If you order a quantity of 3 or more items, usually this will result in separate package delivery. We will provide you with additional tracking numbers for your order if necessary. 

If we have not provided additional tracking numbers for your order or you need further assistance, please contact us at info@univolt.co.

What should I do if the tracking page shows my item was delivered, but I never received it?

We are so sorry for the trouble!

We always recommend checking around your property or with neighbors to ensure your package was not misplaced.  

If after checking and you were unable to recover your packages, please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.

Please contact us at hello@fightwithlights.com if you need further assistance on this matter and we will provide the best solution that we can. 

Often times we will be able to resend the package if it was returned to our warehouse due to an error on the mailing address, or if the mailman was unable to deliver the package properly. 

If the package is still lost despite contacting your local post office and not having received your package in our warehouse, then we may also provide another replacement to be sent out to your location at a reduced cost

When/how do I get my tracking numbers for my order?

As stated above, it may take up to 5 business days from the date your order is placed to fully process and ship it out. 

Once shipped out, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.

If you did not receive an email with your tracking number, please contact us at hello@fightwithlights.com.

How do I track my order?

You may track your order at anytime through our order tracking page.

Refunds & Exchanges

At Fight With Lights, it is our absolute priority that all customers are completely satisfied when shopping with us. 

If you are unhappy with the order you have received, we will gladly issue a full refund or replacement within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

We reserve the right to decide to grant our policy depending on the concern of the product. 

Standard Returns & Exchanges Procedure

You may return or exchange your order within 30 days it has been delivered to your address (according to tracking information) for a full refund or replacement

However, since we are offering free shipping to all customers at the time of purchase, we are unable to cover the shipping costs to return or exchange your merchandise. 

We also require a $10 restocking fee (that will be deducted in your refund) for all returned merchandises due to repackaging and restoring of inventory expenses. 

The Hassle Free Alternative

We will allow you to keep your item(s) + offer you a partial refund that would nearly equate to the same price you would pay for the costs of shipping and restocking fees combined. 

That means you get more value by keeping your order, while saving yourself from the extra hassle of going to the post office and waiting in a super long line to pay out of your own pocket for shipping and restocking fees

Here's how it all works: 

Refunds/Returns: we will allow you to keep your current merchandise, issue a refund for the total amount of your order, subtracted by the estimated shipping, handling, and restocking fee costs. 

Replacements/Exchanges: we will allow you to keep your current merchandise and require a small (reasonable) payment to have your new replacement shipped to your location. 

What if the product I received was defective?

If the item(s) you received were defective, please contact us at hello@fightwithlights.com and we will either issue a full refund of the total amount, or a free replacement of the same item - free of charge

When will I be refunded for my return?

Refunds are processed immediately once we confirm your request and analyze the situation of your order. 

It can take anywhere between 4-7 business days for the refunded amount to show on your bank statement.

If it has been beyond this period, we advise contacting your bank to see if there might be a pending credit waiting to post.
